Hawaiian Airlines Reservation Disappeared
I have a Trip coming up May 11 (SEA - HNL - KIX), and for some reason my reservation confirmation code and ticket number are no longer pulling up my reservation. Basically, when I put it in, the loading screen comes up, I can see the manage my reservation screen load behind the loading screen, then it errors out. Has anyone had this happen before? How do I solve this?

Scheduled system outage: April 18-19
Our scheduled system outage is complete, but booking of new tickets on HawaiianAirlines.com is not available as we bring our systems back online. You may book new tickets through the Hawaiian Airlines app or your preferred online travel agency.
You may now use the mobile app to check in for your flight or see an agent at the airport. We are currently experiencing intermittent errors with check-in on our website.
Our contact center is experiencing high call volume, and you may experience longer than normal hold times. Thank you for your patience and please click here for more information on our technology upgrade.

As Todd Crandall mentioned, it's probably the system upgrade. I just checked and both of my upcoming reservations are missing from the website as well. They do show up in the HA app, however. You might want to look yours up that way to ease your mind without having to connect to an agent.

I have 2 one way ticket that disappeared in the desktop app. Found them both using the old confirmation code that had been changed during the upgrade. But I can't make both of them stay. Both are on the app with old confirmation numbers and one trip is listed twice.

Booking on the HA site is just fine, ignore the misleading text on the site. You just cant book HA flights using any third party site (such as aa.com), those will show HA inventory but will error out when you try to ticket it as third party connectivity to HA is down and the flights cant be confirmed by third parties. At this time can only book with HA direct.

I didn't receive a notification. I first searched using my old confirmation number and found them both now with new numbers. The trips with the new numbers are showing up on the android app. The desktop is still not showing the trips without searching.

Another way to try is to go to "check in" and see if you can pull it up there. If the record is there, it should show your flights there at least.
NOTE: under check-in it may show one day later first flight time than actual scheduled time. That's just the way it is now, that it doesn't even display the right date. Things are more buggy and broken at HA than ever now..

The other trip remains unsearchable by confirmation code or ticket number.
I finally emailed customer care about it yesterday. I'll report back.
