I booked a C award on BA from MCO to LGW - it was great - mistake 1
- 61k miles from Cap One and 1800 HKG$- about 250 USD
I saved 500$ on AA booking. Felt good. Then I had to cancel
I went online and canceled - mistake 2
Then I found a form to fill in for refunds in 2 weeks - seemed straightforward ...

That asks for a ticket number! - my email of the booking from CX shows a PNR but not a eticket number!
Now I cannot look up the ticket number with my Cathay PNR
I called US# - long holds @

Then got hold of the HKG number Tel : +852 2747 3333
- Same menu except 3 for English enter FF#, 1 for tickets 2 for changes 2 for awards 3 for agent
I am toast at the moment; any ideas?
I had the same problem and called the US call center and had a quick hold and they gave me the number.
