Does anyone know if it is acceptable to book a stay at a hotel, physically check-in, maybe stay a night or two, then leave and never come back? (Can’t physically check out.)

there’s very attractive rates for the Hyatts in Malaysia which I have plans to go to anyway, but definitely won’t be able to stay the 20 nights I need for Globalist. My original plans called for a 2/3 night stay and then leaving the country. If I book 20 nights and only stay 3 (which means I won’t be there to checkout) will the hotel notice and complain?
