Todd Crandall mentioned, it's probably the system upgrade. I just checked and both of my upcoming reservations are missing from the website as well. They do show up in the HA app, however. You might want to look yours up that way to ease your mind without having to connect to an agent.
My reservation is not pulling up in the App either. I will probably wait a few days until their website issues pass, and see if it is showing up then before I call.
