There are HPs that give 200 pts / night if you decline housekeeping. Though you can't do it on the last night of a stay so you would need consecutive off peak nights; the more the better.

I do see on the calendar that 4/22 through 5/9 are all off-peak for the cat 1 HP CDG, as are 5/12-14 and 5/19-21. And they give 500 pts extra to CC holders. I'm not sure if they do the 200 pts for skipping housekeeping thing.

There may be other examples too; I'm not going to go through the points calendar for every cat 1 hotel on the list that's participating in the 500 pt bonus. There are many of them.
