You won't see anything unless it's one of those mobilisation days, except the garbage and some broken bus stops and burnt trash bins.... I don't think these protests are dangerous to tourists anyway, unless you walk right into one that is fighting against the police forces... It's mostly just nuisances for some transports and public services.

And after Macron's speech again this evening, unions are not happy and are calling for protests again on Thursday and again next Thursday, before a bigger one on May 1st (which happens anyway). Just need to plan accordingly.
