How?

Let’s assume you can find 21 nights that are off peak at a Cat 1 and nearby you to check into all within the promo period…(which on its own is practically impossible).

That’s 73,500 spent up front, 1 to activate the Q2 Promo, then 20 between 4/17 and 5/26 (which I would say is impossible, but would love to be proved wrong). If this was even hypothetically possible to find and get to you would then get 30k back so total cost 43,500 points still.

Note that this also assumes that you did not already stay nights between March 21th and April 17th which would then lower the maximum possible rebate as it’s capped at 30 nights.

That’s at maximum possible savings on points, not sure how one could get more “creative”.
