Arrived Apr 6 9pm and had around 800 people in-line for immigration - about 90 minutes to clear immigration. My parents arrived 11am a few days later and virtually no queue.
I just arrived at HND today around 5:20 AM. Got off the plane pretty quickly and had about maybe 40-50 people in front of me but the line moved very quickly. About 10-15 minutes later I was waiting for my bags so I looked back at the immigration line and there had to be at least a few hundred people in line all of a sudden.
