PHP Type error

I got the following error
TypeError: sizeof(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given in ..../group.php on line 687
when visiting https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/groups/all.html

Can any admin look into this?
Also, it's the 21 century, why are we still using the legacy php forum... I wonder if there are plans to migrate to a more modern forum software with better mobile support (and ideally with mobile apps)
