Got the email today that we will be able to select an extra comfort seat at check in as Pualani Elite after the 04/19/23 system upgrade. Does anyone know how this will work? When I've used this benefit in the past, I added myself to the "standby for upgrade" list and my position changed as members with higher/lower status joined the list. Once it's automated, will it be "first come, first served" for all Pualani Elite? If anyone is flying on the 19th or after, I'd love to hear your experience.
