That's not a joke. I just completed a stay at Breathless Montego Bay (see the review in the Hyatt forum), and was provided with zero WOH benefits, including making me sit in the lobby for the entire first day of the stay waiting for a room while everyone else was immediately given room keys. And yes, when I got frustrated and mentioned the word "Globalist", the front desk employee sitting directly behind the WOH sign did not know what that meant.
