happened last year too lol. except if this screenshot is from AC.com, i don't think they posted a date range last year. they definitely didn't specify for cities. there is specific discussion surrounding this MCT (NS2023) somewhere on the AC subforum
if you care about the discussion surrounding this happening in 2022, it'd probably be in a big thread on the AC forum that i simply don't know how to begin locating. i definitely posted about it, so you can also look in my post history but i don't know how to begin sifting through that as efficiently as an FT detective would
