Problems purchasing checked bags
Hi, I recently cancelled a points ticket with JetBlue (see my post on this thread
Why can't I use travel bank on a points flight (for the taxes portion) on 4/4/23) and re-booked with the points and the travel bank. Then, I logged into my account to purchase the bags. That was also on 4/4. Ever since that day, I have a pending charge (it still says pending as of today) of $60 for 2 checked bags from JetBlue on my Amex card. However, my JetBlue account shows that I haven't purchased any bags and the agent in the chat says she can't see any bags purchased. Has anyone ever had this problem?! Thanks
