I agree, both Carlsberg and Aspire in Shengen area are about the same, and very poor. I was there last week. It used to be fine before Corona but now food and drinks are extremely limited, even coffee machine did not work, no Danishes or Baileys any more. I would rate it as one of the worst lounges I know.

Eventyr was great (both beautiful and well-stacked) when I visited a few years ago, but that is only for non-Schengen flights which I do not take any more from CPH, so I cannot comment.
