Dysfunctional Refund button on FlyTap
Hi, I want to cancel a fully refundable booking online via FlyTap. Every time I start the process it looks fine at the beginning. I can retrieve the booking, I can get a validation code,I can select that I want to cancel and that I want a refund to the original form of payment. However the final step which is the refund button never works. After some time elapses comes a timeout message.
When trying to get help via social media (Facebook and Twitter) I never get an answer. Given this and the plethora of complaints in the internet about TAP's refund behaviour I suspect that the IT problem might be on purpose.
Does anybody have advice hot to proceed and/or experienced the same problem?
