You can of course use the on board lounge to your heart’s content.
There are no arrival lounges anywhere in the EK ‘system’. The LHR lounge is pretty good and you board from the lounge. In Dubai you can use either of the J lounges (in concourse a, B or C). If you leave from concourse A you board from the lounge, in the other concourses that is not an option although for a few B gates you can board from the same level as the lounge. If you have a lot of time you can hop between lounges, you are free to use any of them. Don’t bother with C if you don’t depart from there, it’s the least attractive of the lounges. Do visit the Moët bar in the B lounge.
Thanks so much. I will for sure try the Moet bar as well as airside and planeside lounge in LHR. I moved to 23A on the way out. on the return, no A or K options but a few B. D, G, J options in both the row 6 to 21 and 23 to 26 sections...would you recommend the 23 to 26 section and I assume privacy is similar for B,D,G,J seats, or do you have a reco for that also?
I also am trying the chauffeur service...Anywho, thanks again for the guidance
