Need to ask AA to reverse the flight credit. But no guarantee they will do that. Then claim with AS.
Likely you will end up with the AA ff miles.
Thanks for the reply. I had a three-segment ticket on FJ that I asked to be credited to AS. The third segment was a (US) domestic flight operated AA, and when we were in the AA lounge (based on my Qantas Club membership, not based on the FJ ticket), I asked the lounge agent to credit the last segment to AA. It seems she did the opposite, in that only the first two segements have credited to AA and the third has credited nowhere (yet).
