Add me as another report -- I had a flight last Monday that I had to cancel, and I just noticed today that whoever sat in that seat bought $10 and $5 "inflight" things using my credit card.
I mailed 1kvoice to give them a chance to reverse it before I go to Chase and dispute it (which would give United a pair of chargeback fees too). Also to tell them that they have an IT problem that they should fix. But I guess that since this thread started a year ago, and the problem is still happening... they are not prioritizing a fix.

I will update this thread with the outcome.
[Edit: a week later, I checked the credit card statement again, and they had reversed both charges. But nobody has answered my 1kvoice mail yet, so maybe it was related to the mail or maybe it wasn't. Also, I originally got 25% kickbacks for the inflight charges, and those *haven't* been reversed. Did I just profit $3.75 from United's IT bug? The circus continues!]
[Edit: two months later, still no answer from 1kvoice (!), but the charges got reversed so I guess that's that.]
