Yup, I got the card too and all that, and it was nice, but I dunno. The big problem I have with fright centre, is that whenever I find a good agent, they get promoted or move out of the office six months later, so I have to go through the "training" all over again!

Actually, I think I freak half of them out when I walk in saying: "I want these flights, in this booking class, on this fare THANK YOU" - since I'm not Joe slob who just wants to go to Disneyland or book a contiki, they get spooked. I've had more than one agent tell me that they've learned stuff about me since I actually read and follow the rules - so it's like "You can't transit ORD 3 times..." Uh, yes I can, note the "3 transits rule there.." "Oh.. I didn't know you could do that" etc etc. Of course half of them also think i'm loony wanting to book convoluted routings and specific aircraft and carriers etc. Although I did have more than one admit to me that they love it when I walk through the door since I do all the work for them (hmm). and I know what I want, rather than just some vaugue feeling that "I wanna go..." LOL.

I've found them, in general though, to be fairly good in terms of matching online prices, though I have found a better mob who are more generous in terms of the CC surcharge (trailfinders only charge a CC surcharge if you split your payment).

Still, I may just use their website or whatever to book domestics since the prices are all the same, why not?
