Just a note of warning about MUAs: I have had success twice now booking an MUA - once TPAC and once TATL - much to my contentment.
That said, when miles posted to my SkyMiles account, I was awarded 100% MQMs - not 150% MQMs - for my TPAC flight originally booked in G (Premium Select) but flown in Delta One/coded as OY. I reached out to Delta via chat and was told things would be corrected, but 15 days later, they have not. I suspect it will be corrected and will reach out again...the TATL flights were credited the correct 150% MQMs (also booked originally in G).
It can be an issue with both GUC upgrades (OK) -

and MUA upgrades (OY) as both these classes only credit at 100% if recorded as FLWN in those classes. I got the 150% MQM earn on a GUC upgraded TATL PS award flight last year (RG class) as the upgrade processed without an exchange and flight shows a FLWN class of RG. The return flight had to be reprocessed due to IRROPs and got exchanged and shows FLWN class of OK and earned no MQM bonus. So it's not necessarily a TPAC vs. TATL issue.
