Marriott Amex Technical Error
There is currently a technical glitch between Amex and Marriott. Apparently the Marriott Gold provided by the Amex Plat is not working and I dropped down to Silver (my normal Marriott status). Not sure if it affects any Amex Brilliant people. I spoke with Amex and they say they are working on it. I have an upcoming stay this weekend so supposedly my fix will be expedited (I think it's more customer service talk than anything). However, I wanted to put it out there to make sure to check your account if you have any upcoming stays and rely on Amex status.
