Probably some strange positioning flight. It would appear that it is probably an old LATAM aircraft that does not have premium economy, just business, comfort plus and economy. Also business is not lie flat on these aircraft
Business is VERY-much lie flat. It is not direct-aisle access. I actually love the LATAM 350s in business. The "suite" is a cramped gimmick for people that don't know any better.
