Probably some strange positioning flight. It would appear that it is probably an old LATAM aircraft that does not have premium economy, just business, comfort plus and economy. Also business is not lie flat on these aircraft
Thank for your reply. When I took this flight, next destination is Incheon(ICN). I rebooked last minutes for the cancelled and misconnection flight at PHX. I was surprised that only I am a Comfort Plus standby list. When I boarded, it is Premium Select seat. Most of Passengers are NRSA. So, it was good chance to get it.
