The 100 LPs are just regular credit card spend and get sent over to AA once/month a couple of days after your statement closing date. The 200 LPs are from using the portal to go to the retailer’s website. Each transaction is reported separately, and depending on the vendor and the size of the transaction can show up in your AA account in days, weeks, or less commonly, months.
