It no longer takes "a couple of days". I submitted a claim in January and am still waiting. I tried to contact them today via whatsapp and they said "just keep waiting". They also said I could email
[email protected] so that is an option which might help you. I tried that too (again) today... to see if I can get some traction. Cathay customer service is a heap of s&&t these days.
