Actually, I’m not aware of any way to book HA parter awards on JetBlue.com.

The last time I saw awards actually price with the website they were showing the incorrect price and phone agents said it was a glitch/error and could/should not be booked.

When you say “most” - are you aware of any inventory that doesn’t need to be booked over the phone?
