Bad news for you on transportation: the 10.58 train is not running on April 25th, you could get the 11.10 train to Napoli Centrale (arriving 16.12), with 7 stops (way too many, 2 stops in Milano, 2 in Roma, 2 in Napoli, plus Reggio Emilia), priced (now) at 93€ in Business (way more confortable than Standard, btw).
Honest? I'd fly MXP-NAP with Easyjet (EJU3579 11.40-13.05), better solution imho both from price and timing point of view.
About accomodation, consider that Booking.com states (now, 2 months in advance) that 72% of the accomodations in Napoli are full from 25/04 to 02/05.
