Has anyone successfully cancelled a ticket and receive a refund through their automated email when a flight was cancelled? When I click to accept a refund, it always just brings me back to the first page.
I had a change email for a r/t MCO-MKE trip that I had second thoughts about and cancelled it instead of accepting the change. A full refund hit my card in about five days, it was pretty straightforward and easy. That was about two weeks ago, though, and it's hard telling what their IT did to break the site since then.
