We live near Ginza and we eat at the following places regularly:

Beef Specialty: Gyuan - Beef Specialty You do have to take off your shoes and seating is low and Japanese style...
Close to Gyuan and a bit more private: Close by -- more private and fancy
Cheap and Cheerful - our go to place as we live in Hatchobori: Yakinuku So

and if you want to take a walk on the wild side -- this is our favorite Gibier place: Jibie Wana Deer, Wild Boar, Pheasant, Bear, etc...
