I guess if they can figure out a way to charge you in spite of the 'night audit issue', they can figure out a way to give you benefits. They just don't care enough to fix that. I guarantee if the 'night audit issue' meant that their system didn't charge you for the room if you checked in after a certain time, they would have fixed it immediately.
