So she rebooked, but she had to change the return as well since they can't be gone that long. Frontier charged them for the increased cost of the flights. Can they do that? Any recourse?
I just got a similar email. My flight from LAS to MEM was also cancelled on the return. But, I made the mistake of clicking accept change on the outbound.
