Told CSR that I was considering cancelling it due to the annual fee and because I have another UA card without AF. He immediately offered a statement credit of $100 to cover the fee if I agreed to keep the account open. I agreed. Super painless and quick experience. Now hoping for some juicy Chase Offers and spend promos on this card.
