For a separate matter, there are a number of hotels located in Newport City (Resorts World), that seem to be considered airport hotels. These include HiX, Hilton Manila, Manila Marriott, Belmont, Sheraton Manila, among others. While I ultimately didn't stay in Newport City, I was quite confused about shuttle services from the airport to these properties. There is a walkway, for T3 at least, called the "Runway Manila Footbridge". If your hotel is not within walking distance from the end of the footbridge, a shuttle maybe available from that point.
