I purchased on Amex Travel a few weeks ago. I used the JetBlue website to to add my AA number and select seats but intentionally did not login. So far no issue. Amex allowed me to enter a B6 number during ticketing, but I wanted AA. I have little experience with B6 but the AA schedule wasn't as good this time.
