36 hrs since I returned a vehicle and no receipt at all yet. See other thread. I have one more award rental booked later this year, and about 3000 points left. I am ready to give up on Hertz. Might burn the points on a rental, but I think my future revenue rentals will go to a more professionally run company. I am leaning towards National as the primary and Avis as the secondary option. Thoughts?
