the legroom is fantastic. i agree. but the privacy is 0, i have no place to put my belongings, the outlets are terribly located where i can’t charge and use my phone at the same time since my cord isn’t really long enough to comfortably reach my hands when i’m seated upright, and the seat is just a rock! perhaps the latter is just a me issue though as the padding might be more padded on other seats.
in conclusion though, this is just a trash product and i wish i had kept my outbound flight with EY. menu is pretty lackluster too.
