Anyone running in to the "Not Authorized" response when trying to use Simon GCs to purchase MOs at Kroger/Fred Meyer in the Pacific Northwest? Looks like they may have updated their system to block this form of payment. Several months ago I ran into this problem at one of the registers. But another register next to it worked fine. Now all registers seem to have this issue.
