Mediocre at best

My 4th time staying at HR Mexico City and each time there's always some kind of issue even though not massive. Overall it's fineee to stay and the location is really hard to beat which is why I continue to stay. For sure not a 5 star hotel, would give it a 4 at most. However there are quite a few things that are annoying.

Pros:
-The staff have always been helpful and friendly in every area of the hotel.
-Location

Cons:
-Upon check in it was quite insulting to tell me I've been upgraded when I actually wasn't. Going from a non club access to a club access room is irrelevant when I'm a Globalist.
-No dedicated area for Globalist check in, have to stand in line with the rest of the plebs.
-Hotel has clearly been renovated from an old hotel so things like low ceilings and a crappy pool area are a sad reality here.
-The club lounge breakfast is okkk but the food is not good compared to other lounges in Mexico such as the HR Guadalajara.
-No late checkout which I know is a common issue everywhere cause Hyatt has decided to be scum and blatantly ignore their own WOH terms. Words have meaning but when you bring this up to anyone with Hyatt just met with the "Thanks for your feedback," lines.
-Somehow every shower door is unable to be closed in all the rooms I've stayed in.
-The base level King room was somehow nicer than the King suite despite being 1/3 the size.
