Yes there is a little seaweed just off the beach when you go in to swim, but otherwise the calm waters and soft sand always gets high reviews
and with Oetker running F&B now the food has never been better and the ability to order (with pre-warning) whatever you basically want is amazing.
o my living lord, katw, i just went back and looked and everything is overhauled and refreshed (where it needed to be). and having had probably the best meal of my life at the chateau st martin, i'm now essentially committed to going back to JB very soon.
so i guess my wallet says thanks.

as an aside, does anyone round these parts know what in sam hayne is actually going on w caneel bay? looking around, reading about lawsuits between island and US govt. just really a shame. that place was all sorts of wonderful. elegant, british, but not too stiff. im not expecting a rebuild of CB at this point, but with that setting........

or barbuda. any word? my goshen, those beaches.
