indeed there are "nap rooms" in WY J, but they pale in comparison to the rooms in the primeclass lounge (which pretty much offer full hotel rooms). I would take a look at the WY J rooms to see if they are satisfactory first, and then hop over to primeclass if you want a proper bed.
