Unofficially (from milesopedia.com):

  • Aegean Airlines
  • Aer Lingus
  • Aero Mexico
  • Air Belgium
  • American Airlines
  • Austrian Airlines
  • Biman Bangladesh
  • Cathay Pacific
  • China Airlines
  • EgyptAir
  • Etihad
  • Eurowings
  • EVA Air (can confirm from recent personal experience on B777 & B787)
  • Garuda Indonesia
  • Japan Airlines
  • Lufthansa
  • Middle East Airlines
  • SATA
  • Scoot
  • Singapore Airlines
  • Swiss
  • Swoop
  • TAP Portugal
  • Virgin Atlantic
  • WestJet
Not sure what their source is. When I emailed Boingo directly asking which airlines offered in-flight WiFi via Boingo, this was the absurd response I received:

Thanks for your email! We're here to help. We do not have a list of the airlines we service. Boingo service is available on many airlines around the world. Service is usually available on long haul International flights offered by JAL, American Airlines, Lufthansa and many more. There is no guarantee that each aircraft or route flown will have Wi-Fi service, so you will need to manually check for Boingo service via roaming login to confirm service:
...
Boingo: a company that doesn't have a list of its own suppliers and doesn't know the meaning of the word 'enhancement'.
