It's
every single booking that I've flown or cancelled for 2+ months. Fully flown, fully cancelled with everything refunded, PNR errors out when searching it. Bookings that were never finalized that usually disappear after a few minutes or couple hours. Even if your explanation was correct, it would be implausible to apply to 100% of 30+ bookings.
