It's not enough to have a Premier account, you need to either Share points from another account to your own Premier account -or- permanently Combine your various ThankYou Rewards accounts into a single account. Sharing can be done without any assistance, BUT you must be aware of the annual limit and the expiration policy.

ThankYou Point Sharing capped at 100,000 points per calendar year.

Combining your accounts can also be done online, but the software is unforgiving if there are any differences in the way your accounts are setup, and it may be easier to ask customer service.
