I wrote to Elliott too and they forwarded my complaint to SAS and never heard from either of them.

If you think it's worth 900sek it is the cost to take SAS to small claims court in Sweden. If your flight is to or from Denmark you can file a claim with the transport authority. It did put pressure on SAS to get them to act.

Another way to try would be to open another complaint using the online form and pick anything except EU compensation.
