They claim they can't read the copy of my ID. 8"x11" letter sheet of paper, 80% of the sheet is occupied by the front of my ID and front only. If they can't read this, there is no way any amount of FAX I send can make it "legible." On the BBB web site, this illegible FAXed ID issue is reported at least once.
