I only qualified for one Free Day. I received the email with the code which must be associated with my Avis Preferred number. I try to make a one day rental of Small - Full (only classes for which the coupon can be used) and it says. "Sorry! Your coupon discount won't apply to the rates shown here because a qualifying car type is unavailable. If you still want one of these cars, we will remove your coupon so you can continue your reservation." Now, if I don't include the Free Day coupon, the car classes ARE available. I didn't exhaust myself, but I tried multiple different locations and multiple different dates and I still get the SORRY message. I am booking for only one day, and the T&C don't seem to require a paid day in conjunction.
I am correctly trying to book pickup and drop-off at the SAME location.
Anyone else experiencing this? Do I need to call in or give it a few days?

Congrats! So no idea what's going-on with this coupon in their system? How long is consumer given? How many coupons might one rental accommodate? Could coupons be also used with saved points free days?
