I returned my car 24 hours ago, no email and no receipt in the Hertz app. Hopefully it will resolve like yours did. Chat and phone customer care said a receipt could take 24-48 hours from an airport location. I am glad I have some photo documentation that I left my car in their facility, in case I need it.
