Seems to be. I was quoted $500 USD for KUL-DUB. Although, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was for the agent to create an EY award.

I'm fairly certain you can't book non-*A awards online. In fact, I was told you can't even redeem on QR, as they seem to be an earn-only partner. Not surprised if that's true, as the scope of their partnership is very limited (DOH-ICN only).
