If a *A flight shows as available on OZ website, then an OZ agent can book it. If not showing available on OZ website, then an OZ agent cannot book it. The fact that the same flight is available on other partner website is not relevant.

Are you searching for *A awards or OZ ones... it's clearly there:

It seems that Asiana engine doesn't show mixed class awards (for example, some segments in Y, some in J), does it? Can phone agents book those?

hi all
I was wondering if it is normal that I cannot see any flight from TLS to EWR on the OZ website (for an award flight or a paid flight)? I can see some on the UA website for example, and several *A airlines are flying from TLS...

Similar to above, did you make sure you are using the Star Alliance award tool? (Asiana Club > Use Mileage > Star Alliance, must be on Korean region but can be changed to English) I can see wide open availability on a dummy booking equivalent to UA Saver inventory. You won't be able to see paid flights as OZ can't ticket this route.

You'll need to search as multi-city have been able to book LH F TATL connecting to intra-Europe J online that way

It's not you, it's the confusing website. From the main page or any page, click on "Book", then on the top right "Use mileage", then choose Star Alliance.

IIRC it only works on the Korea site, but not the US or any of the foreign ones

Yes. I was having the same issue and upon looking at this thread realized that if I switched to the Korea version of the website (while still selecting English) the option shows up for star alliance. Thank you for that.
