If a *A flight shows as available on OZ website, then an OZ agent can book it. If not showing available on OZ website, then an OZ agent cannot book it. The fact that the same flight is available on other partner website is not relevant.

I was wondering if it is normal that I cannot see any flight from TLS to EWR on the OZ website (for an award flight or a paid flight)? I can see some on the UA website for example, and several *A airlines are flying from TLS...

Similar to above, did you make sure you are using the Star Alliance award tool? (Asiana Club > Use Mileage > Star Alliance, must be on Korean region but can be changed to English) I can see wide open availability on a dummy booking equivalent to UA Saver inventory. You won't be able to see paid flights as OZ can't ticket this route.

Yes. I was having the same issue and upon looking at this thread realized that if I switched to the Korea version of the website (while still selecting English) the option shows up for star alliance. Thank you for that.
