MLL passes will expire at the end of the year. Only e-ups have the following year expiry if you choose in the 2nd half of the year.
The only other thing that might extend is wifi access, but that depends on when it is activated, not when you choose it.
My SE benefits options are now available and I was going to choose the 100% bonus points and the eUpgrade credits ( 50 eUpgrades !! ) as I have some flights coming up soon. So if I hold on selecting the SE benefits till the 2nd half of the year my 50 eUps would have the following year expiry date ? and my understanding is choosing bonus points would be back- date the past flights which would be no concern of losing bonus points ?
